Job Description

Central Finance Company PLC is looking for an exceptional individual to lead branch operations, achieve business targets, and enhance customer relationships. The selected candidate will play a key role in managing branch performance while ensuring compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the smooth functioning of branch operations
• Achieve targets related to sales volumes, profitability, and market share
• Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team
• Expand customer base through strategic partnerships
• Ensure compliance with credit, leasing, deposits, and recovery processes
• Safeguard branch assets through proper supervision and internal controls

Qualifications & Requirements

• Degree and/or professional qualification in Banking, Finance, Sales, Marketing, or Credit Management
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role or as Assistant Manager/Executive in a reputed financial institution
• Strong knowledge of Leasing, Credit, Deposits, and Recovery operations
• Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala (Tamil is an added advantage)
• Proven leadership and team management capabilities
