Qualifications & Experience

Candidates should ideally:

• Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in the field of Commercial Banking.
• Have experience in branch credit.
• Have a fair knowledge of the products and services offered by the Bank.
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Have a flair for providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle credit activities at the branch.
• Assist with operational activities of the branch.
• Provide exceptional customer service to customers.
• Ensure compliance with the policies and guidelines established by the Bank.
• Ensure adherence to applicable regulatory requirements.
• Support the smooth and efficient functioning of branch activities.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of commercial banking operations.
• Practical experience in branch credit activities.
• Good understanding of banking products and services.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent customer service orientation.
• Ability to work effectively within a branch banking environment.
• Good attention to compliance and operational procedures.
• Ability to support both credit and operational activities.
