Hirdaramani is seeking a motivated and experienced Production Executive to support production planning, staff performance, operational efficiency and continuous improvement within its manufacturing operations in Mullaitivu.

The Production Executive will contribute to achieving production KPIs while supporting production teams and maintaining efficient operational workflows.

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree and/or Diploma in Production, Industrial Management, Clothing Technology or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar capacity.
• Strong knowledge of garment technology and sewing processes.
• Understanding of Raw Material (RM) consumption and customer quality expectations.
• Familiarity with production planning, forecasting and operational workflows.
• Proven ability to lead continuous improvement initiatives and drive efficiency enhancements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse job orders and develop production schedules to achieve key production KPIs.
• Lead, motivate and support production staff to deliver high performance.
• Promote effective problem-solving on the production floor.
• Participate in management meetings.
• Prepare accurate and timely production reports.
• Support production planning, forecasting and operational workflows.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
• Carry out additional responsibilities relevant to the role as assigned by management.
