Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or higher qualification in Business Administration, Human Resources (HR), or a related field.

• Good knowledge of MS Office applications.

• Good communication skills in Sinhala and English (written and verbal).

• Prior experience of 1–2 years within the Insurance or Financial Services sector is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle the branch recruitment process in line with company policies and regulatory requirements.

• Coordinate sales staff registrations and nominations for IRCSL examinations.

• Manage branch receipting activities accurately and efficiently.

• Assist in organizing monthly review meetings and sales training programs.

• Prepare accurate sales performance reports and related documentation.

• Coordinate with internal departments on medical pending and technical requirements to support smooth business operations.
