Qualifications & Experience

• Successful completion of G.C.E. A/Ls with good results.

• Sound working knowledge of MS Office applications.

• Excellent communication skills in both English and Sinhala.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide essential administrative assistance to the ongoing branch operations.

• Accurately prepare, sort, and process administrative documents for the Sales Support Division.

• Systematically maintain the official registry for all documents related to daily branch operations.

• Answer incoming calls professionally while ensuring a consistently high level of customer service.
