Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 15 years of work experience in a commercial bank.

• At least 5 years of experience specifically as a Branch Manager.

• Full or part qualification in Banking, or completion of a recognized professional qualification.

• Excellent marketing skills along with deep credit and operational knowledge.

• Trilingual conversational ability will be a definite advantage.

• An outgoing personality supported by exceptional interpersonal skills.

• A performance-driven, service-oriented mindset with excellent team player capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve the overall business development goals assigned to the specific branch while implementing strategic plans appropriate to the branch geography.

• Ensure new customer acquisition targets are consistently met through regular customer visits.

• Achieve operational excellence within the branch and ensure strict adherence to overall regulatory, compliance, and operational policies of the Bank.

• Lead, mentor, and motivate all customer-interfacing staff in cross-selling and business development initiatives.

• Maintain superior customer service standards across all corporate branch touchpoints.
