The successful candidate will work closely with IT, analytics, and clinical teams to design, develop, and deploy artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions that drive operational efficiency and innovation across the organization.

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Python programming and AI/ML concepts.
• Experience working with machine learning frameworks, libraries, and databases.
• Understanding of data analytics, predictive modeling, and automation technologies.
• Experience with data processing, model development, and deployment.
• Knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP) will be an added advantage.
• Familiarity with APIs, cloud technologies, and application deployment methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop AI and machine learning solutions for healthcare and hospital operations.
• Build analytics, automation, forecasting, and decision-support tools.
• Work with hospital datasets, dashboards, chatbots, and intelligent applications.
• Design, train, test, and optimize machine learning models.
• Collaborate with IT, analytics, and clinical teams to identify AI-driven opportunities.
• Support the deployment and maintenance of AI-powered applications.
• Analyze data to generate actionable insights and improve operational performance.
• Ensure data quality, security, and compliance with organizational standards.
• Contribute to the organization’s digital transformation initiatives.
