Job Overview

Nawaloka Hospitals PLC is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Regulatory Pharmacist to join its regulatory team and ensure regulatory compliance while supporting the safe and high-quality delivery of pharmaceutical services.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and guidelines.
• Maintain and update regulatory documentation and records.
• Manage product registrations, product licence renewals, and submissions.
• Liaise with health authorities and regulatory bodies.
• Review product labels, packaging, and promotional materials for compliance.
• Support internal audits and inspections.
• Train and guide pharmacy staff on regulatory matters.

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Pharmacy / B. Pharma from a recognized university.
• Registration as a Pharmacist with the Sri Lanka Medical Council.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a regulatory role in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Excellent knowledge of drug regulations and pharmaceutical laws in Sri Lanka.
• Excellent knowledge in dossier preparation.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
