Required Qualifications

• G.C.E. A/L qualified; a degree or diploma in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field is an advantage.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales, preferably in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or related industries.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems is an added advantage.
• Valid riding license and willingness to travel within assigned areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
• Promote and sell hospital services to existing and potential clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, corporate organizations, insurance companies, and other partners.
• Conduct market visits, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.
• Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and activity plans.
• Follow up on leads and ensure timely conversion.
• Gather market and competitor information and share insights with the team.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
