Qualifications & Experience

• G.C.E. Advanced Level qualification.
• Diploma or Certificate in Marketing, Business Administration, Pharmacy-related studies or a relevant field will be an added advantage.
• 1–3 years of experience in customer relations, healthcare, pharmacy or a similar role.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
• Good coordination, problem-solving and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain good relationships with customers and internal departments.
• Coordinate with pharmacy staff regarding customer inquiries and service-related issues.
• Support smooth communication between patients, pharmacy staff and management.
• Assist in handling complaints, customer feedback and follow-up actions professionally.
• Prepare reports, records and updates related to pharmacy relations activities.
• Support promotional, operational and customer service initiatives of the pharmacy.
• Ensure accurate documentation and timely communication of relevant information.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve customer and pharmacy-related matters.
• Assist in identifying customer needs and improving service experiences.
• Perform other duties related to pharmacy relations and customer service as assigned by management.
