Qualifications & Experience
- G.C.E. Advanced Level qualification.
- Diploma or Certificate in Marketing, Business Administration, Pharmacy-related studies or a relevant field will be an added advantage.
- 1–3 years of experience in customer relations, healthcare, pharmacy or a similar role.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
- Good coordination, problem-solving and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers and internal departments.
- Coordinate with pharmacy staff regarding customer inquiries and service-related issues.
- Support smooth communication between patients, pharmacy staff and management.
- Assist in handling complaints, customer feedback and follow-up actions professionally.
- Prepare reports, records and updates related to pharmacy relations activities.
- Support promotional, operational and customer service initiatives of the pharmacy.
- Ensure accurate documentation and timely communication of relevant information.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve customer and pharmacy-related matters.
- Assist in identifying customer needs and improving service experiences.
- Perform other duties related to pharmacy relations and customer service as assigned by management.
