Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 8 years of experience in the banking sector.
• At least 2 years of experience in managing corporate clients is preferred.
• Graduate from a recognized university or possess a full qualification in Banking.
• Professional qualification in Sales and Marketing from a recognized professional body.
• Strong experience in corporate, SME, or retail relationship management will be an advantage.
• Experience in Islamic Banking or Shariah-compliant financial products will be an added advantage.
• Proven experience in business development, deposit mobilization, and credit structuring is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish, maintain, and manage strong account relationships with existing and prospective corporate, SME, and retail clients.
• Identify new business opportunities and potential market segments.
• Develop strategic initiatives for Islamic Banking products and services.
• Drive deposit and advances growth in line with assigned budgets.
• Structure credit facilities according to client requirements and the bank’s credit policies.
• Identify opportunities to expand the Islamic Banking customer portfolio.
• Develop and implement business strategies to achieve product-wise sales targets.
• Manage the Islamic Banking unit towards profitable and sustainable growth.
• Monitor business performance and ensure achievement of assigned financial targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and key business stakeholders.
• Ensure consistent delivery of quality customer service.
• Support the development and promotion of Islamic Banking products and services.
• Contribute to customer acquisition, retention, cross-selling, and overall portfolio growth.
