Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Higher Diploma in Business Management, Business Administration or an equivalent professional qualification.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in a similar customer relations capacity.
• Fluency in Tamil with strong reading, writing and speaking skills.
• Strong negotiation skills in Tamil.
• Good understanding of customer service and relationship management practices.
• Good understanding of conflict resolution techniques.
• Previous experience in customer relations, customer service or a financial services environment will be an advantage.
