Qualifications & Experience

• Passed G.C.E. Advanced Level Examination in Bioscience or Mathematics subjects will be an added advantage.
• A Diploma or Certificate in Electronics from a reputed university or institute is preferable.
• Candidates with relevant technical knowledge and an interest in biomedical equipment are encouraged to apply.
• Previous experience in medical equipment installation, servicing or maintenance will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit customer sites and attend to medical instrument installations.
• Conduct product and equipment demonstrations according to customer requirements.
• Provide servicing and maintenance for the existing customer base.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide appropriate solutions.
• Manage workshop repairs and maintenance activities.
• Attend to equipment breakdowns and service calls when required.
• Provide technical support to customers.
• Ensure medical equipment is maintained and serviced properly.
• Carry out other technical duties assigned by management.

Required Skills

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic knowledge of electronics and technical equipment.
• Ability to work independently and respond effectively to service requirements.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Result-oriented and responsible attitude.
• Ability to work in different locations when required.
• Willingness to work on a 24/7 basis when necessary.
• Ability to handle breakdown and emergency service calls.
• Valid riding or driving licence.
• Willingness to work in the Northern Province.
• Good customer service and teamwork skills.
