Qualifications & Experience

• Passed G.C.E. Advanced Level with 03 main subjects in one sitting, excluding General English and optional subjects.
• Passed G.C.E. Ordinary Level with credit passes for Mathematics, English, Sinhala/Tamil, within two sittings.
• A Degree from a recognized university or an insurance-related qualification will be an added advantage.
• Age below 28 years.
• Minimum 01 year of experience in life health claims or a related insurance function.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, verify, and maintain accurate claim documentation, ensuring all required information is complete and properly recorded.
• Register and process claims while maintaining well-organized files.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely processing of claims.
• Prepare and verify payment vouchers for approved claims according to company procedures.
• Communicate professionally with customers and branches regarding claim status, approvals, rejections, and outstanding documentation.
• Manage claim-related correspondence and departmental emails.
• Ensure timely responses and follow-ups on pending claims.
• Scan, organize, and properly file completed claim records.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy when handling customer and claim information.
