PMF Finance PLC is a non-banking financial institution in Sri Lanka seeking motivated and result-oriented individuals to join its expanding operations.

Qualifications & Experience

• Successfully completed G.C.E. A/Ls.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Fund Mobilization (Fixed Deposits).
• A part qualification in CIM/SLIM or an equivalent qualification in Marketing will be an added advantage.
• Candidates should have relevant experience in fixed deposit and fund mobilization activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and support Fund Mobilization (Fixed Deposit) activities.
• Identify and develop potential customers for fixed deposit products.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Promote the company’s financial products and services.
• Support the achievement of fund mobilization and business targets.
• Communicate with prospective and existing customers regarding fixed deposit products.
• Carry out activities required to strengthen the branch’s customer and deposit portfolio.

Required Skills

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Good interpersonal and customer relationship skills.
• Ability to identify business opportunities and build customer networks.
• Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
• Good knowledge of marketing and customer acquisition.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to contribute towards branch growth and fund mobilization targets.
