Qualifications & Experience

Applicants should have:

• Successfully completed G.C.E. A/Ls.
• Previous experience in a similar capacity will be an added advantage.
• Good computer literacy, particularly in:
  • MS Excel
  • MS Word
  • PowerPoint

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Providing cash services to customers.
• Recording transactions accurately and on time according to the company’s systems and procedures.
• Preparing relevant transaction reports.
• Supporting day-to-day teller and cash-handling operations.
• Maintaining accurate transaction records.
• Assisting customers with cash-related services in a professional manner.

Skills Required

• Good numerical and cash-handling skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented attitude.
• Ability to follow company systems and procedures.
• Computer literacy.
• Ability to work accurately in a financial-services environment.
