Company Overview

PMF Finance PLC is a non-banking financial institution in Sri Lanka. The company is seeking motivated individuals with relevant qualifications and experience to join its new branch operation in Mawanella.

Qualifications & Experience

• Successfully completed G.C.E. A/Ls.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Gold Loan operations within the finance industry.
• Candidates should be conversant with Gold Loan operations and procedures.
• Previous experience relevant to gold loan services is essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle Gold Loan operations and related procedures.
• Assess and process Gold Loan-related customer requirements.
• Assist customers with Gold Loan services and related transactions.
• Handle and assess gold articles in accordance with company procedures.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to Gold Loan transactions.
• Ensure that Gold Loan operations are carried out accurately and efficiently.

Required Skills

• Ability to assess gold articles.
• Sound knowledge of Gold Loan operations and procedures.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Good customer relationship and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work accurately and responsibly in a financial services environment.
• Result-oriented attitude and willingness to perform.
• Relevant experience in the finance industry.
