Qualifications & Experience

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Information and Communication Technology (ICT), or any related field.

• Knowledge of PABX systems, CCTV, networking, PA systems and cabling, including power and data cabling.
• Good computer and technical knowledge relevant to communication services.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the smooth functioning of the Communication Department.
• Oversee all communication-related aspects of the organization.
• Manage and administer the PABX system.
• Manage and administer CCTV systems.
• Oversee the technical functionalities of the call centre.
• Administer the MA TV system.
• Administer the PA system.
• Act as the technical specialist of the Communication Department.
• Coordinate communication-related technical activities and ensure effective service continuity.
• Support the organization in maintaining reliable communication and connectivity systems.

Required Skills
