Qualifications & Experience

Applicants should meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Management Information Systems or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in business analysis, sales analysis, commercial analysis, management reporting or performance management.
• Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, distribution or retail operations will be an added advantage.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Practical knowledge of Power BI or Tableau.
• Working knowledge of SQL.
• Knowledge of Python or R will be an added advantage.
• Ability to interpret large and sometimes incomplete datasets and convert them into practical management insights.
• Strong analytical, numerical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Good commercial understanding and ability to identify the business impact behind data.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and handle confidential business information.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain daily, weekly and monthly management dashboards covering key business performance indicators.
• Analyze primary and secondary sales performance by region, territory, distributor, sales employee, channel, customer and product.
• Monitor sales targets, forecasts, actual achievement, product mix, SKU movement and sales trends.
• Analyze distributor performance, stock levels, profitability, closures, new appointments, returns, overdue balances and returned cheques.
• Evaluate field-sales productivity and KPI achievement across FSM, RSM, ASM, ASE and sales representative levels.
• Identify deviations, emerging risks, root causes and performance trends and present practical recommendations to management.
• Support sales forecasting, demand planning and monthly performance-review processes.
• Analyze product, customer and channel profitability in coordination with Finance and relevant business teams.
• Conduct gap analyses and support productivity improvement, cost-saving and operational-excellence projects.
• Validate the accuracy and consistency of data obtained from different departments and systems.
• Develop and maintain Power BI or other digital dashboards to improve management visibility and decision-making.
• Prepare management reports, presentations and business-review materials.
• Track agreed management actions and evaluate whether corrective initiatives deliver the expected results.
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Marketing, HR, IT and other internal teams.
