Qualifications & Experience

Applicants should meet the following requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales & Marketing.
• Applicants should be below 45 years of age.

• Candidates should be capable of working in an office-based marketing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and market houses and apartments offered by Vajira House Builders.
• Develop and maintain relationships with prospective customers.
• Support the company’s sales and marketing activities.
• Identify potential customers and business opportunities.
• Work towards achieving assigned marketing and sales targets.
• Communicate with customers and provide relevant information about housing and apartment solutions.
• Contribute to the achievement of company marketing objectives.
• Work from the Colombo 03 office without requiring field visits.

Salary & Benefits

The position offers an attractive performance-based remuneration package:

• Basic Salary: Rs. 150,000/-
• Monthly Marketing Commission: Up to Rs. 350,000/-
• Monthly Vehicle Allowance: Rs. 75,000/-
• Total Package: Up to Rs. 575,000/-
• Performance-based earning potential may reach twice the stated package value.
• Opportunity for promotion up to Marketing Manager level based on performance.
• Salary increment after 5 months according to performance.
• Support from the company to help employees achieve their targets.
• Permanent employment.
