Qualifications & Experience

• Previous experience as a Room Attendant, Housekeeper, or in a similar housekeeping role is preferred.
• Experience in the hospitality or hotel industry will be an added advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Reliable, punctual, and responsible work ethic.
• Positive attitude with excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physically fit and capable of performing housekeeping duties.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms to the hotel’s quality standards.
• Make beds and replace bed linens as required.
• Replenish guest amenities, toiletries, towels, and supplies.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms and other assigned areas.
• Report maintenance issues and damaged items promptly.
• Ensure all housekeeping equipment and supplies are properly maintained.
• Deliver friendly and professional service to guests when required.
• Follow hotel health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
