Qualifications & Experience

• Age between 25 and 45 years.
• Fair proficiency in English.
• Pleasant and professional appearance.
• Basic IT and computer knowledge.
• Excellent customer handling and communication skills.
• Previous experience in reception, customer service, or the beauty industry will be considered an added advantage.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients in a professional and friendly manner.
• Coordinate bridal appointments and consultations.
• Manage front desk operations and customer inquiries.
• Schedule appointments and maintain booking records.
• Handle telephone, WhatsApp, and walk-in customer requests.
• Provide information about salon and bridal services.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
• Support the salon team to ensure excellent customer service.
