Job Description

Delmege Interior Decor, a provider of premium interior solutions under the Delmege Group, is seeking a detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join its QS team.

The role focuses on cost planning, budgeting, tender pricing, cost analysis, and financial control across interior and furniture projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare BOQs for projects.
• Price tender documents.
• Liaise with architects to understand project scope and requirements.
• Prepare rate analyses for project components.
• Coordinate with contractors and consultants to develop accurate and competitive cost estimates.
• Assess overall project costs and identify potential financial risks.
• Take off measurements from drawings.
• Conduct physical measurements and verify them against on-site details where necessary.
• Prepare and maintain cost databases.
• Analyse detailed project costs and support cost-efficiency measures.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
• Experience in furniture costing or the interior industry will be an added advantage.
• Proficiency in:
  • AutoCAD
  • MS Excel
  • MS Project
  • QS software
• Strong understanding of FIDIC, CIDA, and standard contract forms.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong understanding of project costing and financial control.
• Ability to ensure cost efficiency throughout project activities.
