Qualifications & Experience

• Associate Member or Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA / CGIUKI), or currently sitting for final examinations.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Business Administration, or an equivalent qualification will be preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Company Secretarial role.
• Experience in a company secretarial firm or listed company will be an added advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing resolutions and statutory notices in compliance with the Companies Act No. 07 of 2007.
• Maintain and update statutory registers, minute books, and corporate records of the company.
• Prepare and file statutory returns with the Registrar of Companies.
• Ensure timely compliance with corporate and regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities including the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and Registrar General of Companies.
• Support company secretarial activities and corporate governance-related functions.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure confidentiality of company information.
