Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Life Insurance sales or a similar capacity.
• Professional or academic qualification in Marketing will be an added advantage.
• Experience in managing sales teams, branches, regions, or zones will be beneficial.
• Dynamic and result-oriented personality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships across different customer segments.
• Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to achieve assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Effectively execute branch, regional, or zonal sales and service targets to achieve predetermined business goals.
• Promote and sell insurance products offered by the company.
• Drive profitability and business growth by achieving individual and team targets.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Support company marketing initiatives and sales campaigns.
• Analyze market trends and provide suggestions for insurance product development.
• Manage branch, regional, or zonal administration activities.
• Ensure internal controls, procedures, guidelines, and management instructions are properly followed.
• Monitor sales performance and support team development.
