Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Commercial Banking.
• Experience in branch operations will be an added advantage.
• Exposure to pawning activities will be considered an added advantage.
• Knowledge of banking products and services offered by the bank.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to work effectively in a branch banking environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle all operational activities at the branch while providing exceptional customer service.
