Qualifications & Experience

• Previous experience in Front Office, Guest Services, or the hospitality industry.
• Experience in a customer-facing hotel role will be an advantage.
• Proficiency in Property Management Systems (PMS) or hotel systems such as Opera, Protel, Micros, or similar platforms.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a busy hospitality environment.
• Customer-focused attitude with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain professional standards while handling guest enquiries and requests.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures.
• Handle guest enquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously.
• Coordinate with internal departments to fulfil guest requirements.
• Maintain accurate guest records and update hotel systems accordingly.
• Provide guests with information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
• Support smooth Front Office operations and contribute to service excellence.
• Uphold hotel policies, safety standards, and confidentiality requirements.
• Ensure guest needs are communicated effectively to the relevant departments.
• Maintain a professional and welcoming approach throughout all guest interactions.
