Qualifications & Experience

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture from a recognized university.
• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with a one-year diploma in a relevant field may also apply.
• Previous experience in agriculture will be an added advantage.
• Candidates should have a genuine interest in working with farming and agricultural communities.
• Willingness to travel throughout Sri Lanka is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote Single Super Phosphate under the Lankem Mada Raja brand.
• Increase awareness and usage of the product among farmers while supporting improvements in soil fertility.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with farming communities in different agricultural regions.
• Promote agricultural products and support market development activities.
• Develop practical knowledge of the agriculture industry through field exposure and professional interactions.
• Gain industry knowledge, professional experience, and leadership capabilities through the Management Trainee programme.
• Participate in activities that support the growth and development of the company’s agriculture business.
