Position Details

The Project Manager will be responsible for managing the overall execution of the hotel development project from inception through to successful completion, while ensuring compliance with project timelines, budgets and quality standards.

Qualifications & Experience

Applicants should possess:

• A B.Sc. Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university or an equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of post-qualifying experience in building construction.
• Proven track record in handling luxury hotel or resort projects.
• Strong working exposure to civil and MEP engineering works.
• Excellent leadership, contract administration and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage total project execution from inception to successful completion.
• Coordinate civil construction, MEP installations and interior fit-outs.
• Ensure strict adherence to project timelines, budgets and quality standards.
• Liaise with architects, consultants, subcontractors and local regulatory authorities.
• Coordinate project activities to ensure smooth and timely execution.
• Monitor overall project progress and ensure compliance with required standards.
