Qualifications & Experience

Candidates applying for the Marketing Officer position should meet the following requirements:

• Successful completion of G.C.E. O/L and G.C.E. A/L examinations.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, leasing, loans/lending or credit evaluation.
• Experience in financial services, leasing or lending will be an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively and undertake fieldwork.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Candidates with relevant experience in customer acquisition and financial product marketing will be advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

The Marketing Officer will be responsible for supporting leasing and lending business growth within the assigned region.

Key responsibilities include:

• Achieve leasing and lending business volume targets within specified timeframes.
• Promote leasing and lending products to prospective customers.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Conduct field visits and customer-related marketing activities.
• Support credit evaluation and related customer documentation processes.
• Follow up on prospective leads and convert suitable opportunities into business.
• Work towards achieving assigned individual and regional business targets.
• Coordinate with relevant internal teams to facilitate leasing and lending processes.
• Maintain professional relationships with customers and business partners.
