Qualifications & Experience

Candidates applying for the Senior Executive – Project Management (Digital Products) position should meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Business Management, Project Management or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in project coordination or project management, preferably within the financial services or digital transformation sector.
• Professional certifications in CAPM, Agile, Scrum or equivalent qualifications will be an added advantage.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams, vendors and system implementation projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools and the project lifecycle.
• Experience in digital transformation or technology implementation projects will be advantageous.
• Good understanding of business processes, process improvement and digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

The Senior Executive – Project Management will be responsible for coordinating and supporting digital product and transformation projects throughout their lifecycle.

Key responsibilities include:

• Coordinate and manage digital transformation and system implementation projects from initiation to completion.
• Collaborate with vendors, IT teams and business stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with stakeholders and proactively resolve project issues, risks and bottlenecks.
• Gather, analyze, document and track business and operational requirements from various departments.
• Monitor project timelines, milestones, risks and dependencies to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), system testing, issue resolution and deployment activities.
• Facilitate project meetings and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders and management.
• Maintain project documentation, reports and implementation records.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation and digital innovation.
• Provide hands-on support throughout the project lifecycle to ensure successful implementation and user adoption.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure project requirements are clearly understood and delivered.
• Assist in monitoring project performance and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
