Qualifications & Experience

Key Responsibilities

The Regional Credit Executive will be responsible for supporting and monitoring credit activities within the assigned region.

Key responsibilities include:

• Evaluate credit proposals and ensure compliance with company credit policies.
• Monitor branch operations and provide necessary support within the assigned region.
• Conduct field visits and portfolio reviews to maintain portfolio quality.
• Approve credit facilities within delegated authority limits.
• Coordinate with branches to ensure proper documentation and process compliance.
• Monitor credit portfolios and identify potential risks.
• Take proactive measures to minimize non-performing facilities.
• Support branches in maintaining sound credit practices.
• Review credit-related processes and recommend improvements where necessary.
• Maintain effective communication with branches and relevant internal teams.
