David Pieris Leisure (Pvt) Ltd is inviting applications for the position of Guest Service Intern at Pearl Bay Water Park, Bandaragama. This internship is an excellent opportunity for undergraduate and diploma students to gain practical experience in customer service and hospitality while working in one of Sri Lanka’s premier leisure destinations.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent guest service to visitors.
• Assist guests with inquiries and provide accurate information.
• Ensure a friendly, welcoming, and professional customer experience.
• Support daily guest service operations within the park.
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth visitor experiences.
• Maintain high standards of hospitality and customer satisfaction.
• Follow company policies and safety procedures.
• Perform other guest service-related duties assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Currently following a Degree or Diploma in:
  • Hospitality Management
  • Tourism
  • Business Administration
  • Or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala or Tamil.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Friendly, energetic, and customer-focused personality.
• Willingness to learn in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
