Qualifications & Experience

Applicants should meet the following requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing plant.
• Experience in the apparel or lingerie manufacturing industry will be preferred.
• Good knowledge of preventive maintenance and troubleshooting techniques.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of production machinery.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports.
• Support production teams to minimize machine downtime.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards and maintenance procedures.
• Monitor equipment performance and recommend maintenance improvements.
• Assist in maintaining utilities to ensure uninterrupted plant operations.
