Qualifications & Experience

• Passed G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L).
• Minimum 1–2 years of banking experience, preferably in branch lower counter or front office operations.
• Part or full professional qualification in Banking will be an added advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and customer relationship skills.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve customers efficiently while adhering to the bank’s service standards, policies, and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with local banking regulations, internal controls, Anti-Money Laundering (AML), and Know Your Customer (KYC) guidelines.
• Update customer demographic information and account-opening records accurately in the core banking system.
• Handle account opening procedures and related customer documentation.
• Process standing orders, stop payments, RTGS, OTTS, SLIPS, CEFT, and internal fund transfers accurately.
• Manage day-to-day operational activities within the branch.
• Maintain accuracy in customer transactions while supporting smooth branch operations.

• Good understanding of branch banking operations.
• Knowledge of account opening procedures and payment processing.
• Ability to work accurately under established banking procedures.
