Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in commercial banking.
• Experience in branch banking operations is essential.
• Knowledge of pawning operations will be an added advantage.
• Good understanding of the Bank’s products and services.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic banking environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform all operational activities of the branch efficiently and accurately.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining the Bank’s service standards.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, banking procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
• Assist customers with banking products and services.
• Maintain accurate operational records and documentation.
• Support smooth branch operations through effective teamwork and coordination.
• Contribute to maintaining a positive customer experience at all times.
