Qualifications & Experience

• Degree or professional qualification in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in card sales, banking, or a related financial services role.
• Previous experience in project management or campaign management will be an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of sales strategies, marketing initiatives, and customer acquisition.
• Applicants should be below 30 years of age.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead special credit card sales projects and targeted acquisition campaigns.
• Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Coordinate with Branch Networks, Marketing, and Card Centre teams.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare MIS reports and management reports.
• Identify new business opportunities, customer segments, and strategic partnerships.
• Provide leadership and guidance to teams involved in special sales initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with product guidelines, risk management policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Act as the key liaison between management and operational teams.
• Ensure all customer interactions comply with the Financial Consumer Protection Regulation and internal policies.
