Qualifications & Experience

• Meet G.C.E. Ordinary Level (O/L) requirements with credit passes in English and Mathematics at the first sitting.
• Possess three passes at the G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L) Examination (excluding General English).
• Professional qualification in Banking or a related field will be an added advantage.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in CCTV monitoring or a similar surveillance-based role.
• Working knowledge of CCTV systems, surveillance technology, and camera health monitoring.
• Strong observation skills with the ability to detect security risks, unethical behaviour, and system irregularities.
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to make quick and accurate decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor live CCTV footage of bank branches and designated locations from a security perspective.
• Identify and escalate physical threats or damage to bank assets, property, and personnel.
• Detect unethical behaviour, unacceptable practices, and activities that may compromise customer experience or security.
• Identify and report CCTV system issues, including software failures, hardware malfunctions, and unusual system behaviour.
• Extract and submit CCTV footage requested by authorized authorities and internal departments within agreed service levels.
• Prepare CCTV-related reports and provide surveillance information to support operational requirements.
• Maintain confidentiality while adhering to the Bank’s security policies and operational procedures.
