Qualifications & Experience

QA/QC Engineer

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Material Engineering.
• Minimum 4 years of overall experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a QA/QC Engineer on multi-storey apartments, hotels, or mass housing projects through finishing stages.
• Ability to establish and manage modern QA/QC management systems across multiple projects.
• Good command of Sinhala and English.
• Knowledge of ISO Management Systems is mandatory.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Male candidates below 35 years are preferred.

Assistant QA/QC Engineer

• NDT, HNDE, NCT, or equivalent qualification in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 4 years of overall experience.
• Minimum 2 years of QA/QC experience on multi-storey apartments, hotels, or mass housing projects through finishing stages.
• Good command of Sinhala and English.
• Knowledge of ISO Management Systems is mandatory.
• Male candidates below 30 years are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain QA/QC procedures for construction projects.
• Conduct quality inspections throughout construction and finishing stages.
• Ensure construction activities comply with approved specifications and quality standards.
• Maintain QA/QC documentation and inspection records.
• Coordinate with project teams to resolve quality-related issues.
• Monitor compliance with ISO Management Systems and company quality procedures.
• Prepare quality reports and support project audits.
• Ensure continuous improvement of quality management practices across multiple projects.
