Qualifications & Experience
Applicants should meet the following requirements:
- Professional qualification in Human Resources Management.
- Good command of the English language.
- Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Male candidate below 26 years of age.
- Permanent resident living within 30 km of either Nittambuwa or Hanwella.
- Previous experience in the Human Resources field will be considered an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with employee recruitment and selection processes.
- Maintain and update employee records in the HR database and personnel files.
- Liaise with government institutions, including the Department of Labour.
- Support daily Human Resources operations and employee welfare activities.
- Prepare and maintain HR documentation and reports.
- Assist in implementing HR policies and administrative procedures.
- Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and time management abilities.
- Computer literacy and Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Knowledge of Human Resources principles and practices.
