Qualifications & Experience

Applicants should meet the following requirements:

• G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L) qualification.
• Previous supervisory or manufacturing experience will be considered an added advantage.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Male candidates below 30 years of age are encouraged to apply.
• Residents living close to the Eheliyagoda area will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily factory and production operations.
• Coordinate and monitor the work of production employees.
• Ensure production targets and quality standards are achieved.
• Maintain workplace discipline and operational efficiency.
• Monitor safety procedures and company regulations.
• Report production progress and operational issues to management.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the factory.
