Qualifications & Experience

Applicants should meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the Food & Beverage industry.
• Certified Internal Auditor for Food Safety & Quality Management Systems.
• Strong knowledge of auditing, compliance, statistical analysis, data interpretation, and testing methodologies.
• Experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS), Food Safety Management Systems (FSMS), and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Excellent workforce management, critical thinking, problem-solving, and time management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and oversee the Reverse Osmosis (RO) plant.
• Ensure incoming raw materials, ingredients, preforms, and blown bottles meet company quality standards.
• Ensure production processes comply with QMS, FSMS, and SOP requirements.
• Implement robust process control measures to minimize process deviations.
• Ensure product traceability throughout all stages of production.
• Maintain quality certifications obtained by the manufacturing plant.
• Monitor chemical and consumable usage while ensuring adherence to approved budgets.
• Conduct supplier audits, recommend improvements, and promote quality awareness.
• Maintain inventories of chemicals, consumables, glassware, and laboratory instruments.
• Manage the reference sample room and ensure testing is conducted according to SOPs.
• Ensure SOPs and Work Instructions (WIs) are regularly updated and properly displayed.
