Qualifications & Experience

Applicants should meet the following requirements:

• G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L) qualification or equivalent.
• A degree or professional qualification will be considered an added advantage.
• Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in field sales, marketing, or customer service.
• Experience in the healthcare or hospital sector will be preferred.
• Good knowledge of the local area and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• Valid driving licence with willingness to travel extensively.
• Own transport (motorbike) will be considered an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit potential and existing clients, referral sources, and business partners in the field.
• Promote hospital services and facilities to achieve business development targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, clinics, companies, and other stakeholders.
• Provide accurate information about hospital services and healthcare packages.
• Follow up on leads and convert them into business opportunities.
• Collect market feedback and competitor information.
• Prepare daily visit reports and submit regular updates.
• Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets.
• Ensure proper documentation and reporting of all field activities.
