Qualifications & Experience

• MBBS degree from a recognized medical institution.
• Valid Sri Lanka Medical Council (SLMC) registration is mandatory.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in general medicine, surgery, emergency medicine, or a related clinical field.
• Passion for building a long-term career in aesthetic, wellness, preventive, and longevity medicine.
• Minimum three-year commitment preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Strong commitment to clinical excellence and patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult patients and develop personalized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Perform advanced aesthetic and wellness treatments following comprehensive in-house training and clinical protocols.
• Collaborate with doctors, cosmetologists, and wellness specialists to provide exceptional patient care.
• Participate in multidisciplinary treatment planning and clinical discussions.
• Represent Christell at medical conferences, seminars, industry events, and professional engagements.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and administrative records in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 standards.
• Ensure high standards of patient safety, clinical governance, and ethical medical practice.
