Qualifications & Experience

• Proven track record in Business Development, Corporate Strategy, or a related field.
• Experience in developing and executing business growth strategies.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate strategic vision into actionable business plans.
• Experience in the telecommunications, technology, or related industries is preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in managing high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, emerging trends, and untapped markets.
• Build and strengthen strategic relationships with key stakeholders, industry leaders, and business partners.
• Develop and execute business strategies to achieve revenue growth and profitability targets.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire the account management team to achieve business objectives.
• Introduce innovative business models and solutions that strengthen HUTCH’s market position.
• Drive the creation of new business verticals and support long-term business expansion.
• Monitor market developments and recommend strategic initiatives to senior management.
