Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing.
- At least 3 years of experience in Brand Activations, Event Management, or Experiential Marketing.
- Strong knowledge of campaign planning and event execution.
- Experience in vendor and stakeholder management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and project management tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and execute brand activations, experiential marketing initiatives, and corporate events.
- Drive innovative customer engagement initiatives to support customer acquisition, retention, and brand loyalty.
- Measure campaign performance and recommend continuous improvements.
- Oversee event planning, branding, production, logistics, and on-ground execution.
- Negotiate with vendors to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality service delivery.
- Monitor project budgets and ensure compliance with procurement processes while optimizing costs.
- Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
