Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification in Accountancy or Finance Management.
• Part professional qualification in CASL, CIMA, CMA, or ACCA, or Full Qualification of AAT Sri Lanka.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar accounting role.
• Experience in manufacturing or FMCG environments will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Understanding of accounting standards and financial compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare financial reports and analyze financial performance.
• Develop and monitor budgets and financial forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Strengthen internal controls and improve financial processes.
• Manage factory accounting activities, including inventory management and reconciliations.
• Support transport operations through cost tracking and logistics coordination.
• Perform product costing, cost analysis, and cost control functions.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend process improvements.
• Liaise with management and department heads by providing financial insights and reports.
