Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site Engineer in warehouse or similar construction projects.
• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification (NCT, HNDE, B.Sc. Engineering or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of construction practices, materials, and site management.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
• Previous experience in coordinating construction projects will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day construction site activities.
• Ensure quality workmanship, site safety, and timely completion of project activities.
• Monitor construction progress and submit regular reports to the head office.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and site staff.
• Ensure all work complies with approved drawings, specifications, and industry standards.
• Monitor site resources and maintain project schedules.
• Resolve on-site technical issues while ensuring project quality and efficiency.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of construction methods and site supervision.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and BOQs.
• Good leadership and coordination abilities.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
• Knowledge of construction quality control and safety regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction-related software will be an advantage.
