Qualifications & Experience

• Full or part professional qualification in SLIM, CIM, Banking, or a related professional body.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related discipline from a recognized university is preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in a Bank or Financial Institution.
• At least 5 years of experience in Institutional Sales or Corporate Sales.
• Strong understanding of deposit products and banking operations.
• Proven experience in sales planning, negotiation, and business development.
• Strong customer relationship management experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective strategies to mobilize deposits from institutional clients, including corporate organizations, government institutions, and large enterprises.
• Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
• Identify new business opportunities to expand the Bank’s institutional deposit portfolio.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized deposit solutions based on client requirements.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to optimize sales strategies.
• Achieve and exceed monthly deposit mobilization targets.
• Prepare and present regular sales performance and market feedback reports to senior management.
