Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
• Minimum of 2–4 years of lecturing experience.
• Experience teaching within the Pearson curriculum framework is preferred.
• Undergraduate-level teaching experience is essential.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English.
• Strong presentation and classroom delivery skills.
• Good computer literacy and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work on weekends when required.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver lectures in Quantity Surveying and Civil Engineering programmes.
• Prepare lecture notes, presentations, and assessment materials.
• Conduct tutorials, classroom discussions, and student evaluations.
• Guide and mentor undergraduate students throughout their academic studies.
• Maintain academic records and ensure quality teaching standards.
• Participate in curriculum development and academic activities when required.
• Support continuous improvement in teaching and learning practices.

• Strong technical knowledge in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering.
